DX12 support

Hi. Great to see an active fork of Veldrid! Any plans to add DX12 support?

Let's just say "unlikely", even if contributed externally (because it would still have to be reviewed even then). This fork isn't really "active" in any other mode other than maintenance to make sure it continues to work, there's no plans for new development. We're not even fixing the known-deficient Vulkan implementation.

See also #66 (comment) - the most likely long-term future for this fork as things stand is us moving fully to SDL_gpu and abandoning veldrid completely.

You could use the new Veldrith fork. This supports D3D12.
(Its based on ppy.Veldrid, so its super easy to port)
