I see there a specific versions of this program for Eden and Horizon. Can one be setup for CatsEyeXI and the memlock provided please?

@Jkbjr1982 @mjrtarget Use the FFXIChatlogMemloc tool. Let me know if you need help using the tool. I don't currently have CatsEyeXI installed.

I tried using the tool. all it seems to do is open and dos box and close it. I am running it as admin.
