Manual deletion of cookie needed after an administrator changes another users password

When a User's password is changed by someone else, the authentication cookie stored in the client's web browser ends up having invalid login credentials. The user cannot access PODD until the cookie is manually deleted.

Attempts to retrieve the Cookie from inside PODD (in order to set it to expire) failed.
This will have to be done inside the FixedRedirectCookieAuthenticator.java

Need to verify that this is still an issue with the new hashed passwords. Likely is, but need to verify
