`RELEASE_AXIS_SERVO` hangs and disallow further command

Steps To Reproduce

1. Position slider on axis 1
2. Run RELEASE_AXIS_SERVO front 1

Expected Behavior

Command run successfully, slider state shows None, and slider can moved freely while the slider number still there

Actual Behavior

Command stuck in the loop

It seems that this command is not used at all by them (refer to https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1gh6mZSMMRLgJ2AB-VtBaf0V4tpuI1B6s/edit?gid=308894941#gid=308894941). Can you help me confirm it by asking it to them? @solara404

it is used from time to time, will try it later with them when everything is free again

I heard from 이프로 that Y05 is indeed removed, the bit for release control per axis. He said release control per driver is still there, the Y06 bit. I will assign this to you for the fix. @solara404
