Unable to clean "NWNCQ Project"

I'm trying to clean "NWNCQ Project" as it needs it, but there are errors that stops the whole process.
There are two uploads of it on neverwintervault:

There is a fault in one of the original models that is so bad that CM3 dies laughing.

Look at the tverts in plc_i05.mdl, node trimesh cylinder382:

They are nonsensical. Even if the V values were valid, you would be rendering all the faces with a single pixel. Well, okay, you can legally do that if you really want to but I doubt that was the author's intention.

You could look for an earlier version of the model, otherwise I would suggest editing it in notepad or whatever and change it to
