Debug ansible scripting for NUT role

The NUT (Network UPS Tools) role is currently commented out in install.yml (line 6) with a TODO to debug ansible scripting.

**Location:** playbooks/install.yml:6

**Current state:**
```yaml
# - role: nut # TODO debug ansible scripting
#   tags: nut
```

**Action needed:**
- Debug the ansible scripting issues in the NUT role
- Re-enable the role in the install playbook once fixed
