Eboard disconnects with server when plugging the ESCs

The server runs normally, but the eboard will disconnect (red flashing) when plugging the ESCs. This issue is phone related, the Moto G has high rate to meet this issue.

Which of these two conditions causes the problem?

1. plug in the ESCs, then turn on power and see red-flashing when you connect to the phone
   or
2. power up the board, get green-solid, and then plug in the ESCs and it turns to red-flashing?

The First condition. The sequence of LED is 1) red-flashing before connecting; 2) LED turn off when connecting; 3) After 1-2 seconds see red-flashing again.
