We need the ability to record multiple locations for one person. For example, a missing person's last known location and then their "point found" location, Right now, in Survey123 you can have multiple maps, but only one geometry entry. So we have used the Last Known Position as the geometry that shows up in the layer. The other maps simply are a way to record x,y but those are stored as attributes only.
Alternatives
Use the Survey as is, but this might lead to confusion or added work.
