Rename repository to BWE?

If we ever merge #61 and remove GCC from the interceptor repository, I think this package should be called bwe. I think this was also proposed by @aalekseevx some time ago.

Thanks for the heads up on the GCC refactoring! This actually aligns well with the phase configuration and visualization work I'm doing.
I'm currently working on JSON-based phase configuration (similar to what you saw in my recent PR). Perhaps the new direct-control API will integrate much better with that approach than the current callback system?
For the bwe package rename - that makes sense.
Should I coordinate the timing of my phase config work with these changes, or continue on the current API and plan to migrate later?

Yes, removing the callback system is one of the goals of the refactoring and should also simplify some of the test setup code here.
I would like to do the renaming sooner rather than later. I think not many people currently care about this project, but if we move GCC to this repo, that might change. But I think renaming should still be easy at this time and should not interrupt any other development.

Regarding the timing of your phase config work: I saw the JSON config PR, but did not understand the motivation (see my comment on that PR). Since we now have synctest and can run all tests in go unit tests, I would prefer to reduce the complexity of the test code as much as possible. The current design has lots of duplicated code (see also #92 and #95).

We initially went with it as we did not want to touch the Go code when changing phase config. I don't think it's a hard requirement. I can do the non-JSON parsing so hopefully it does not block your synctest migration work~

I see. No, it doesn't block me, please go ahead. I might do some refactoring of the network management later, but #95 is more important for now, and I think that doesn't interfere with your work.
