I'm Windows 7 x64 user who is looking for a tool to encrypt files with Serpent.
Data in your repository looks promising, but I have no skills to compile it myself.
Could you be so kind to publish a binary?

Hi! Great news — a pre-built binary is already available in the releases section:

I specifically tested this on a fresh Windows 7 x64 installation (via Hyper-V VM) and confirmed it works correctly, as shown in the screenshot below.
