[Bug]: Upload Modal Stuck if Upload Fails

Expected behavior

Error message and the uI is still usable.

Actual behavior

If upload fails (e.g. with 500 response). the UI is stuck:

this came up when I tried up upload a yaml file. I need to refresh page to continue working.

Upload a yaml file
