[Feature request] Restart app tray icon menu option

Greetings!

Right now when right clicking the tray icon displays a menu two options: open and quit. I would like to see a third restart option.

The reason for this is because sometimes the web app loads incorrectly (blank page or missing ui elements) in situations when I have poor internet connection, but quitting the program and reopening it solves the issue.

So, the button is just a convenience for quickly restarting the app with fewer clicks.

Currently you can reload using Ctrl-R
