I performed my analysis on otu classification using greengenes 13_8 version.
Now I'm exploring the kegg pathway throught Picrust and i get several kegg code, but when then i use metagenome_contribution.py i get results just for some of these kegg how is it possible? maybe it is because i worked with gg 13_8 and picrust metagenome_contribution function work with the 13_5?
