ERD image is not saved

Describe the bug

I created an ERD for the database and am trying to import it using the "Download Image" tool. But there is no result in the target directory.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. I select the database and choose "ERD for database" from the context menu.
2. I edit the diagram and click "Download image"
3. Selecting the target directory

Expected behavior

The image is saved and available in the target folder.

Actual result

There is no image in the folder

@tamnekbl You're using a very old version. Can you try this on latest v9.14?

It's weird, I double-checked this literally after the update... today I just launched pgAdmin4 and it updated itself... The image is saved normally! Thank you!

I'm sure I installed it and ran it every day after that, but the update only worked today. Is this possible?
