It's been observed that certain incidents show in MINT as meeting the requirements to be 'Done' but they don't move on chain and then need manual intervention to fix.
For example, a game might receive 3 correct scores from 3 different data proxies but still show as 3? in MINT and the game doesn't get processed. The same can happen for other incident calls such as in_progress and finish
