Include html containing javascript

When I include an html file containing some Javascript using [.. include::](http://docutils.sourceforge.net/docs/ref/rst/directives.html#including-an-external-document-fragment) it does not get rendered in the documentation. You can find an html file to reproduce the behaviour below:
