GitHub Actions runner warning "Node 20 is being deprecated" when using `pdm-project/setup-pdm@v4`

The latest published release of this action uses Node 20 which is being deprecated. It looks like the code has been updated in main to use Node 24, but there isn't a published release associated with that change.
