Probabilistic Linkage software
This repository contains a prototype version of problink the probabilistic record linkage software,
presented in Hurley et al. 2018.
An example Jupyter notebook Example_notebook.ipynb walks through generating a mock dataset, similar to the European Cystic Fibrosis Society Patient Registry (ECFSPR) the software was designed for and applying it.
