Changing width/height

I have a div/section where I keep flexpaper window. Users can minimize/maximize 
the section.
When this happens Flexpaper does not automatically adjust. If I change the size 
of the browser window
it does however adjust automatically.

1)
How can I force Flexpaper to re-adjust?

2)
$FlexPaper('documentViewer').resize(x, y); does not seem to work with html5.

3)
Calling $FlexPaper('documentViewer').dispose(); when using html5 I get this 
error:

Unhandled exception at line 22, column 209226 in eval code

0x800a1391 - JavaScript runtime error: 'FlexPaperViewerAnnotations_Plugin' is 
undefined
