Add offline saving of input

If offline, save the input and retrieve the information in the background when there is a data connection

Not sure this is going to be possible.

How can a background (or non-running) app be notified that the internet is now available? Doesn’t seem to be possible.

Alternative is to store requests until the app is used and there is internet, and find the outstanding requests in the background
