scripts installed from the official repository show the description found in info.json. Local scripts don't

To have the current "name / path" and options, but also be able to see the informations parsed in the info.json file

There is no concept of that file for local scripts. You can have many scripts on one folder. It's just for the script repository to know what to download.

Yes, there is no description for local scripts. Because there is no concept of an info.json. QOwnNotes reads the script file you set and nothing else.

The json file is just used to create the search index in the script repository. It's not used by qownnotes directly. The app consumes the search index.
