Missing tags for 1.30 and 1.31?

Hi.

Came here looking for a way to add the status of an RFC only to find that you've already done that - which is great.

There are a couple of downstream packagers that missed the new features because there are no tags for 1.30 and 1.31, so it would be nice if you could add them.

PS: Thanks for writing this tool, it's been super useful to me over the years, especially when travelling.
