Hi,

I'm looking to add custom fields to users in Parcelvoy, specifically to track their geographic origin for segmentation purposes. I couldn't find clear documentation on how to define and manage custom fields for users/contacts.

Could anyone provide guidance on:

How to create custom fields for users in Parcelvoy?
Whether these fields need to be predefined in the system or can be dynamically added via API?
How to later segment users based on these custom fields?
Any documentation links or examples would be greatly appreciated.
