Hi Michael, indeed, we built Parsec for a community that didn't materialise, hence the lack of detail and the stale state. Only the TPM and PKCS11 libraries found a community. Were there any materials or links you were interested in?

Community building can take longer than anticipated,... the hockey stick curve might still be coming.
