Chrome based browsers: Window starts stuttering/flickering on resizing

Describe the bug
Window starts stuttering, sometimes it's more like flickering.

To Reproduce
So basically any chromium based browser resizing, doesn't matter with keyboard or mouse. ( with mouse it's less visible ). On screenshot you can see both Brave and Chromium.

Firefox and other applications works as expected.

Expected behavior
