Assessment

Umbrella issue for file health improvements. Overlaps with #34 (split large files) and #32 (complexity 153). These three should be addressed together in a single refactoring pass.

Recommendation

Address #32 first (highest complexity), which will naturally resolve parts of #34 and #31.

Triage (2026-03-31): Tracking issue — partially resolved. File Health splits completed (#34 closed). CB-200 refactoring of generate_statement_with_context completed (#32 closed).

Remaining work: 7 too_many_arguments allows in binary_ops.rs and stmt_gen.rs (suppressed not fixed), plus test file complexity hotspots. Keeping open as tracking issue for the remaining items.
