Should not install app if already exists in read-only apps folder

Steps

1. Setup ownCloud enterprise complete 10.2.0 RC1, it comes with customgroups apps bundle
2. Check that there are two folders "apps" read-only and "apps-external" writeable
3. Check version of customgroups app in "apps/customgroups/appinfo/info.xml" => 0.4.0
4. Open market app UI
5. Install custom groups app

Expected result

No installation proposed as app is already on latest version.

Actual result

Installation goes through and installs the same customgroups app with version 0.4.0 into the app-external folder.

Versions

ownCloud 10.2.0 RC1 with market app 0.4.0

Not a big issue. Any updates to the app will go into that folder too.
