Lao (lo) translation for Desktop Client / Transifex resources missing

Hi team,

I have recently completed the Lao (lo) translations for 'ownCloud Infinite Scale' and 'ownCloud iOS' on Transifex to 100%.

I am eager to translate the Desktop Client as well, but I noticed that the 'ownCloud Desktop' project on Transifex shows "0 strings" and "No Resource".

Could you please check if the Transifex resources need an update, or guide me on where I can contribute to the Lao translation for the Desktop version?
