Documentation url not matching with github documentation url

Requirement: make website documentation url correspond to github documentation folder url. This should be done by updating the website documentation url.

Issue: example 1 - /documentation/ego has a page in github that ends with /documentation/ego/index.md
example 2 - /documentation/arranger/configuration has a page in github that ends with /documentation/arranger/index.md

Note: in , want to be able to get contribution url by not having to reply on a function with so many conditions like in getContributionURL()
