Potential to become a browser extension

With browser extension manifest v3 adoption on the horizon for Firefox and Safari, it's possible to move the entire osmosfeed into a client-only decentralized app. Putting this idea here just tracking.

• Using CORS enabled background script to fetch feed content, including full page (consider using mercury parser)
• Using IndexDB to store all downloaded content and read activities, which will be available offline.
• Optionally allow user to sync their reading activity (no need for content) via a private GitHub repo.
