Integrate more Open Joke APIs

Currently, jokes are only fetched through Internet Chuck Norris Database.

It would be nice if we integrate more joke platforms in this.

@yashmehrotra Adding more joke APIs isn't a very useful enhancement. And even if we decide to do that, keeping this issue open won't help. Also, by your argument, we would never have to close any issues! Thus I strongly believe this one should be closed.
