AWS Open Data Sponsorship Program

This feature is to track next steps in progressing with the AWS Open Data Sponsorship.
We need to carry out steps 2, 3 and 4 of:

I am happy to do 2: that's in progress.

@ModeSevenIndustrialSolutions or @redmikhail, please could you do 4 (create the account)? I assume the account should be created by someone at Linux foundation.

@MichaelTiemannOSC, please can you do 3 - signing of terms and conditions (or else advise who is the right person to do that?)

Would it be possible to complete the action in the next week or so? I think these are quick apart from 2.

Removed the AWS account from the LF parent account - we needed to go through a phone number verification check. The account is no longer linked, and I've emailed the AWS contact asking that they send the upstream ORG invite again.

ORG invite now accepted.

Unfortunately, accepting the ORG invite was not sufficient to close this ticket. We have not connected all the dots to make the Hazard data actually visible on ASDI, specifically we did not get the response from ASDI to accept this PR: awslabs/open-data-registry#2458
