I.e. a production SDC stack may not use a SDC feature at all that would be needed for a certain test case. That should be expressible in the test result.

E.g.: GetContextState may not be used on Consumer side, while providers of the same SDC stack may support it.

So the test result may need a section to express 'intentionally no result for this test case'.
