Short README opening rewrite preview for zigflow

A likely first-screen improvement is to move the first successful install or usage step closer to the top.

Good point on getting a successful first step closer to the top. That “time to first workflow” experience is something I’ve been thinking about, so I’ll take a look at tightening up the opening section of the README.

I’m going to keep README changes within the project rather than paying for external rewrites, but the initial suggestion was useful and I’ve already started refining the quick start based on it.
