v4.0 Release - January 2025

As of January 2025, we have released web2project 4.0

It includes many cleanups, fixes, and more but the most important changes are PHP 8.x and mysql 8.x support.

I have deprecated support for previous PHP versions and don't plan to support previous versions. Only PHP 8.x is supported by the PHP group itself. More PHP details here: https://www.php.net/supported-versions.php
