Auto-Hide Panel by Default

I'm pretty sure most people don't keep the panel always showing. I think it's better for the panel to be set to auto-hide by default because 99% of people are going to set it to that anyway.

So you want this change made based on a stat that you pulled out of thin air? You have absolutely nothing to back this up. I never use auto hide because I think it's a highly annoying feature.
