Website makeover 💅🏾

Hi all, you may or may not have noticed that the https://www.fatiando.org/ website got a little make over!

I've rewritten it using my own static site generator Nēnē instead of sphinx. It resulted in much simpler code and fewer magic plugins. I simplified some of the old pages we had and also added a "Publications" page featuring our own papers about the project and publications using Fatiando. It also fixes a few longstanding issues we had with the old website. Hopefully this will be easier to maintain and update going forward.

This was a long time in the making. Let me know if you find anything that needs fixing or could be improved! You can do so in the fatiando/website repository or any of our contact options.
