Hello, i'm fresh in RakuOS, and i'm install using latest ISO,
i try to setup-gaming (using GUI or terminal), but i got error like this :
Repositories loaded.

  You can try to add to command line:
  --skip-broken to skip uninstallable packages

You are running an old version of the OS, open the Software center and go check for OS updates on the updates page. sounds like you are bit behind because I fixed this last week I think.

yes you right, i see OS updates in Software Center (20260413), let me check to update it first,

No problem if you run into any issues with update run sudo rakuos reset-overlay --confirm. don't think I have had any one say there been issues since those changes but if ya do run that in your terminal (Konsole)

I am trying to install the latest Nvidia ISO on a Dell laptop. The very first initial boot isn't occurring because it's hanging on "job rakuos-overlay-sync.service/start running". It just keeps running and has no time limit. Any advice would be much appreciated. (there is also a "FAILED Failed to start rakuos-flatpaks.service"...but it seems to just go past that step). I suspect these might be "network" issues. This laptop does not have an ethernet port and the wireless internet obviously can't be set up until the initial boot happens. Is there an internet requirement for the initial boot of the install iso?

sorry but i can't found new ISO's for cosmic desktop ?

there is a current issue with the initial overlay setup you should be aware of thats gona be fixed with new isos.. its failing to finish the setup on first boot so it will work mostly but you will want to reset your overlay once I push the system update out to the RakuOS software center

alright doing last little validation its all working and queuing up new system images and ISOs. if this goes well ISOs should be out bout 1 hr 1/2. Gitlab is generally faster then github on building and uploading ISOs to sourceforge

Ok seems good no net needed to boot iso now added a wait for networkmanager and if no wifi or Ethernet comes up after 20 secs takes ya right to desktop. you will need wifi/ethernet setup for first installed boot as had to revert some changes I had made before. you should beable to set net up on the desktop/installer and it will set it up for the installed system for ya. doing install test now to make sure its good then isos should be out shortly

Ok all ISOs building now and should start showing up on sourceforge shortly.. sorry for the delay I just wanted to be sure this net issue was fix for the iso booting, also like I said had to revert some things so you should set you wifi up in the live environment so it can set the initial overlay up on boot from then on if you are ever off the wifi should send you right to desktop

there's no new ISO for cosmic AMD64 version, the other varian have new ISO

Yep just realize the standard non Nvidia Cosmic iso build failed while I was sleeping got it coming here soon its about to start uploading

first of all i can't do query in yewtube, but then i try to ping google.com and i got like this one :
