lack of some file

Dear author,
When i run it, it can be deployed successfully. But the function have some spot. If you login the system by the admin account, you will find the page of 'case_management' can not load some files(e.g., photo and video). So debug it, you had configure the source file in the class (name: WebMvcConfig). Could you share the files in your disk (i.e.: E://res), thank you.
