Sure, I'm on apexspeed as "Spengo", here is my thread on the subject: https://www.apexspeed.com/forums/showthread.php?95406-Van-Diemen-clutch-slave-cylinder I had to delete most of the pictures though as the space is pretty limited on that forum. I ended up just using a lot of RTV myself, in particular to replace the really narrow and large-diameter o-ring that goes around the outside which never worked for me no matter how perfectly I seated it. My test method was to put a cap on the AN fitting where you drain the oil and fill the tank with oil while the car was still broken in half. Then I left it for a night and inspected it thoroughly for any leaks afterwards. That way you're not taking the car apart and putting it back together a bajillion times which is something I did the first few times haha. |

I watched your video about the clutch conversion and I am trying to reach out for help. I have a 97k that is owned by a friend of mine and I am trying to do the same thing. I would love to compare notes. I am looking for more clearance. It's tight. Also looking to know if you did anything about the crazy oil sealing system. I have 3D printed a part in carbon that will replace the oil seal tube in my car because someone mucked up the end and the o-ring no longer seals. Tons of RTV. Similar mess to what you had. Message me if you can chat about the car. thanks. Are you on Apex Speed?
