Failure while getting vro-content: Unable to download definition file #36

Hi,

I am new to this and wanted to give it try. Where are the logs stored so I can find out what is going on?
to ensure I had connection to internet, I performed curl https://www.vroapi.com/, I get response back. I am running ovf version of appliance. Any help would be really appreciated. TY
