GSoC'26 Proposal Review -- 4.1 Support for Lesson Progress, Study Guides, and Worked Examples (Neer Aryan Bhatta)

Hi all,

I have finally drafted my GSoC 2026 proposal for Project 4.1 (Support for Lesson Progress, Study Guides, and Worked Examples). It took me quite a while to put together but I wanted to make sure the proposal was almost complete before sharing as I wanted feedback on the whole Proposal.

I did a full pass on this proposal. However, I still need to take a harder look at the "Key high-level decisions", The "Test data changes" and the "Milestone Table" sections.

Please address the comments in the meantime.
