Version `9.1.0` Is Not Compatible with MacOS

The Demonstration version 9.1.0 is not compatible with MacOS because the dependencies of the package doesn't have macOS distribution.
The dependencies that doesn't have macOS version:

• SQLite and PostgreSQL: 9.6.0+558afbf4
• Editor: 9.31.0-rc.2+c39a4f1f

Steps to reproduce:

1. Have a macOS machine
2. Run tap package install Demonstration --version=9.1.0

@rmadsen-ks this is a bit unfortunate. It sounds like we really need to get SQLite and PostgreSQL to work on MacOS.

@enes-ozturk SQLite and PostgreSQL 9.7.0-beta.1+7750d129 adds support for macOS. That should resolve the issue
