any bulk download of data?

hello all! I'm hoping to download the bulk data of all the states for all sessions from here: https://openstates.org/data/session-csv/ and link the various datasets together (i.e., one bill matched to the sponsors, the yes/no/other votes, etc.). the outcome I'm looking for is a bill-state level dataset.

has anyone done this linkage together for the whole dataset that might be willing to share, with attribution of course? I'm a political scientist working on a coauthored paper about prison gerrymandering and am fairly new to the database admin software/API stuff and having some trouble getting all of it put together.
