Update Nextjs Example with Typescript

Dear OpenReplay Team

Would it be possible that you provide Typscript types in the Nextjs example?
Copy/Pasting it shows a lot of linting errors. I think it would improve the initial user-experience.

Update: When trying to integrate OpenReplay for the first time, as we are trying to do, it's not so easy without a typescript example 😅 Would appreciate it!
