Need some mechanism for the replacement of the Executive Committee

Very occasionally organisations such as OMF are taken over by a group that does not represent the members. Thus there needs to be some mechanism for the members to do this, but under stringent conditions (such as 2/3 of the members voting for this).

(the Executive Committee should have a similar power to replace the Director)
