CA support in Service Providers is essential for air-gapped / private environments. Since this is a feature in each Service Provider, we should have a good developer documentation on how to contribute that.
Let's add that to the existing guide of how to develop a Service Provider: https://openmcp-project.github.io/docs/developers/serviceprovider/service-providers
