Understand the Task

Create a Platform Service domain documentation to help contributors understand the terminology and domain of Cluster Providers in OpenControlPlane.

Proposed Structure

A minimal design doc must contain a domain, API, Config and deployment description similar to the Platform Service design doc.

1. Domain: Explain context, purpose and scope of a Cluster Provider.
2. API: Illustrate and explain the API of a Cluster Provider.
3. Config: Illustrate and explain the configuration of a Cluster Provider.
4. Deployment Model: Illustrate and explain how Platform Services are deployed in OpenControlPlane.

Acceptance Criteria

• Cluster Provider design doc has been updated according to the proposed structure.
