Submit OpenCollection schema to JSON Schema Store

It would be nice to have the OpenCollection submitted to the JSON Schema Store at https://github.com/schemastore/schemastore/.

SchemaStore is the de facto registry for JSON/YAML schemas — it powers autocomplete and validation in VS Code, JetBrains IDEs, and other editors out of the box. When a schema is registered there, every developer editing those files gets instant IntelliSense without any manual configuration.

Popular API tools like Postman (postman-collection.json) and Insomnia (insomnia.json) already have their schemas registered on SchemaStore.
