Hackathon dump w programmer

Same chair as #16, but this one:

• includes wheelchair powerup
• @prileo used a programmer to backup and then change one config value (no restore of backup b/c we're at event site, not 'home base')

The dump 1H00M.log is with the older rnet programmer dongle. in it I'm reading the full chair config, then manipulating the forward acceleration by a couple of units up, down then up again (18 to 20 to 18 to 20).

The dump ending in 1H51M.log is with the newer permobil-specific controller dongle. in it a do 3 honks, then change forward acceleration from 20 down to 17, then do 3 honks again
